Peigi's Cake Stall
Peigi is a very close friend and held a Cake Stall at Frew Terrace on Monday 22nd November. Now, Peigi bakes a mighty fine cake and 9 other wonderful bakers people contributed to the sale and raised a trully scrumptious £218.60 ( and 5 cents too! )
Thank you, my lovely Peigi and all at Frew Terrace - you wonderful Nigels and Nigellas
The Te Tiki Ride Out
Some of my favourite little people did a sponsored ride out of 6km to the back whare at Te Tiki Station in New Zealand in November... Niamh, Eilidh and I really, really wished that we had been there... Te Tiki is one of my favourite places in the world...
They raised approximately a totally trekkingly fantastic 1000 kiwi dollars!
Thank you to my favourite little kiwis...
Mr Whizzy Whiskers, aka John Barclay, rugby player ex·tra·or·di·naire for Glasgow Warriors and Scotland, pledged to grow his Movember Mo - for those not in the know, that's a moustache! - for Eilidh's Whizzy Wheels!

Evelyn works at NAG and is involved with raising money for the Help The Hospices Campaign. This Friday - the 5th November - she is kindly donating half of the proceeds from her regular baking sale to The Whizzy Wheels Fund.

£188 for The Whizzy Wheel Fund!
How truly scrumptious...

We were taken by surprise on 28th October - and, by the sounds of things, so was Eilidh's Granny Ellen - by a donation from Betty (Ellen's best friend!) who held a coffee morning with some of her friends.
The Blues Council
Allan Pratt and his Blues Council played the Tyneside Tavern in Haddington on Sunday 24th October and raised a staggering £370 for Eilidh.
Thank you to all involved, especially Pratso...
Tea Party 10/10/10
Now admit it, we all love an afternoon tea...
My gruncle and his lovely lady Elaine are holding a afternoon tea party - and he's made a banana loaf! - to fund raise for Eilidh.
Tea Jennys will be selling her wares... exquisitely pretty cake stands, candles and teaglasses... and donating 10% of her takings to the Whizzy Wheels Fund.
Donations for the afternoon teas will also be taken...
Run, Sally, Run 10/10/10
A friend, Sally will be running in the Royal Parks Half marathon in Hyde Park, London this Sunday. Sally enjoys running and has not sought any type of sponsorship in the past. But this year Sally is asking friends, family and colleagues from Logica to sponsor her with all monies raised going to the Whizzy Wheels Fund - how fantastic is that!
Update 11/10/10 - Sally completed the half marathon on Sunday in 2 hours 11 minutes and 5 seconds.
